• In a parlay or multi-selection bet, if one selection is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkbaji platform in order to maintain fairness and security:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers (multi-accounting).
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.

Bkbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Users will generally be notified by email or SMS prior to suspension.

You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 72 hours of the request.

• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
